Based on the use case “Capture the voice of the employee and customer” in the ServiceNow ITBM Campaign, Odysseus has created two solutions which facilitates this.
- A mobile app which allows not-experienced users to enter demands and suggestions
- A virtual agent which can be implemented on different platforms to capture
This mobile application is designed to allow your employees er customers to quickly submit and track their demands and suggestions. As an employer, you will have a quick overview of all the demands so you can react quickly. We have made a brief tutorial of the use of the application.
You can submit Demands right via a chat with a virtual agent. The demo leverages a portal, but it can be deployed to MS Teams, Slack, Facebook Workplace, and similar platforms. See our quick tutorial of the virtual agent below.
